024: #363 Winter
Here comes the snowplow! The driver races up and down the roads and knocks down a lot of mailboxes as he clears the snow. :( The snow is blowing so high that he probably can't see the mailboxes -- probably just feels the thump as he knocks them down!

Love the bright red against the snowy background. And a great shot to represent Winter...
ReplyDeleteI love this picture. The contrasting colours are great. We have yellow graters and orange trucks to plow and they're not as pretty as this. Don't you just hate how they take out anything on the edge on your yard? I,ve evn had small bushes ripped up!! The price we pay to be able to drive!!!! LOL
ReplyDeleteYour snowplow driver sounds a lot like ours!
ReplyDeleteI can almost hear the bump!
I love the Red Truck, the snow plough, the snow , the everything about this photo.
ReplyDeleteThe bright red against the stark white makes for a great photo, but it also makes me go and grab a blanket - brrrrrr!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot! I love the way you caught the snow flying off the blade of the plow.
ReplyDeleteNice shot. Great red color and the snow off of the shovel. Is is Spring yet!!
ReplyDeleteReally like the red against the snow. Looks like he is moving and oh, it looks cold.
ReplyDeleteThis is so essentially winter - it captures the season perfectly. I love the red truck, the movement of the plow and the snowflakes.
ReplyDeleteJust have to echo all that was said, the essence of winter in snowy climes.
ReplyDeleteIt would have been funny if there was a mailbox flying in the air! lol
ReplyDeletethat is as long as it wasn't yours
